I think she says outrageous things just to shock people. She's kind of like a conservative Madonna.

That's just Ann being Ann. I don't think she says things to shock people, I think she says what's on her mind. She has written four best sellers yet is only a contributor to a couple of conservative mediums. Her abrasiveness keeps her columns out of most newspapers. I don't know too many writers who would purposely do that to themselves. She shoots from the hip and tells it like it is and the publishers in charge of the liberal rags they call newspapers can't handle it.

I just finished reading her book, "How to talk to a liberal (If you must)" and learned quite a bit. She's an excellent researcher and I will make it a point to buy her other books when I get the chance.
