| | | Exactly! He has decided that "freedom of religion" should not be a part of the Constitution. Republicans used him where they needed him. They checked the evangelical Percentage and quickly tossed him in Iowa. It worked.
This is when The Iron Butterfly began her tears. For years she's been making the stones and Swill has been throwing them for her, but right after Oprah's support of Obama, up popped Iron B. and the tears. There is no cheaper novel to be read than this common twosome.
The smoking issue seemed to be the beginning of the dumbing down of America. We are now going to tell the auto industry they must make cars run at 35 m.p.g. (this is easier than to research the Federal Patent office where every imaginable fuel, including water, can be used in an engine). We are to remove profits from big corporations and distribute them according to government's dictate for the "better good". give up our guns despite the Constitution stating our government was only to have the power to keep our enemies at bay and our right to arms was to keep our government from destroying our Constitution. Today, we as citizens clearly have the right to take up arms against this governments destruction of our Constitution.
The state of Mi. couldn't get a 6% sales tax on "services" through, so they showed us by removing half the food stamps from the remaining poor. They are willing to steal from the poor within a set up that helped to break the backs of the capable rather than use the money for the best education available. The liberals have never done one thing for the poor except make their lives worse. There are no efforts to correct a broken educational system for the benefit of all. This is our greatest need.
There are other meanings for the word Noose than to lynch individuals. I feel the lack of educating our people is one. The President, Democratic Majority and mainstream media have been tightening the Noose around The United States Constitution, our poor and our military until we no longer recognize it. I hope to see them made accountable for these acts of treason. Political correctness does not remove the word treason from my citizenship and their doctrines are no longer mine.
Ron Paul was 2nd when I came on line and I hope he makes it. They're trying to make him out an idiot, natch. We need to stop the Socialist Revolution which is the equal of Chavez. Paul is correct, he stands as Comptroller of our Constitution and has served it well. I have not heard one other contender speak to this outstanding document. | | Remove This Ad By Registering. The problem with Huckabee, he's a supporter of the nanny state and he wants to coerce Christian values on the public. He is a dangerous statist. | For years I didn't buy the second hand smoke theory. They said that second hand smoke is more poisonous to a non smoker who smells it than the cigarette poisons the original smoker. The temperature of smoke when you drag on a cigarette is different than the temperature when you exhale the smoke. Exhaled smoke has different molecular structure.
Still, you would need to hold somebody down and shotgun your smoke into their lungs to hurt them.
Huck has experience on his resume that I will never match, but I find what he says to be predictable. I think if I had the courage to stand up there in front of everybody, my answers would sound exactly like his or better. I hear nothing that gets me excited. Besides, his name makes me giggle when I think of that Dustin Hoffman movie. The only thing I like about Huck is that he runs campaigns cheaply. How many votes does he get for a dollar? That's what I'm talking about!
The media and candidates treat Paul like the Republican equivalent to a Kucinich candidate, yet when I watched the Fox debates a week or so, Ron Paul was getting the lion share of applause from the audience. Media never mentioned Ron Paul's reaction from the crowd. I guess I'm afraid that he could mishandle the middle east. I get a red flag from Paul because I think we should use full force of our military if they provoke us. Almost everything else I've heard Ron Paul say is great to hear.

It appears that the Middle East has already been mishandles. It is we who have provoked them. I don't believe we would have any problem with the Middle East if we hadn't provoked them. This is the message that Ron Paul is trying to get out. If we continue our meddling foreign policy in the Middle East and keep provoking them, we will continue to have acts of terrorism aimed at the American people. I believe the reason why we havn't since 9/11 is because they are in the process of planning a big terrorist act against us. It took years to plan and execute 9/11. |

| | | Herb: I only listen to contenders when they are given an hour to discuss their platforms During these, Paul stated his understanding that war may be inevitable and we have a need for military might. He expects the Congress to inact war if called for. If you get a chance check out ronpaul2008.com/articles and read his article on "Hope for America" To my delight it was not sappy, but beautifully written with sound reality. I was for the Iraq war and still am for all the reasons I have stated before, but I'm for the return of our individual rights which the other contedners skirt. They want what we already have so we can keep the payola going for them. Paul said we have the power to knock out any country we like and this is our power and that's where I'm angry. The Congress didn't exercise this power and we've been walking on eggs ever since while they stabbed our military our Constitution and Bush in the back. (I'm mad at Bush for other reasons lol.)
A few of Paul's acts of credibility for others who know nothing about him other than the media's need to make him look like a fool so they won't lose their already obsolete jobs .
Paul:
He has never voted to raise taxes, or voted for an unbalanced budget, for a federal restriction on gun ownership, to raise congressional pay or taken a government paid junket or to increase the power of the executive branch.
He voted against the patriot act, against regulating the internet and the Iraq war. (because he believes our military strength is sufficient to clear the decks of seeing us as the whimps the Congress has made us look like)
He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program and returns his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.
He has introduced numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year, probably more than any single member of Congress.
The only other male standing with a platform of returning what needs to be returned to this nation is Giuliani. He is giving us credit for being able to process what we know as truth instead of the media's immediate need to tell us what we just heard wasn't what we just heard so golly gee, they'll explain it to us. Every Village Idiot is ahead of these useless pundits. |

| | | Ron Paul voted for involement in Afghanistan, but not Iraq. We needed to go into Afghanistan to kick out the Taliban who were harboring the 9/11 terrorists, but he saw no American interest being served in Iraq. Whether Iraq had WMD or not, were they a threat to us? Is it our responsibility to police the world or to engage in nation building? In the 2000 campaign, Bush campaigned against nation building, but unfortunately, Cheney and the neocons had his ear in the aftermath of 9/11.
Another thing, Paul is the only candidate who is a consistent supporter of the Constitution. He points out how only Congress has the Constitutional authority to declare war. Congress is shirking that responsibility by giving it to the Executive Branch. He also points out that the Constitution does not give the government the authority to wage wars except for protecting America's interests. Our Founding Fathers were very opposed to searching overseas for monsters to slay and engaging in entangling alliances.
Hillary talked up the Constitution earlier in the campaign, but we all know she doesn't really mean it. I believe of all the candidates running, on inauguration day while being sworn to honor the Constitution, he would be the only one who would mean it. |

| | | I"m sorry Paul wasn't in office instead of the Clintons. We'd be on the way to what our Constitution stands for and have our individual rights honored.
Ignorance and the stench of the Clintons is still our biggest problem. Both Clintons claim excellent leadership, yet reduced our military to the stick and stone age and claimed personal financial destitution to the point where "friends?" purchased a home in New York for them when they left office. They had acquired nothing for their years on earth. Not even furniture. I grew up knowing I had to put back in this world what I took out. They have never given back anything that wasn't attached to a quid pro Quo.
Edwards said the best line during the debates which was: "THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE TWO OF YOU" Sadly their 8 years in office was about nothing but the TWO OF THEM. Our nation was torn upside down with the daily media exploits of perversions, bribes, payola, Chinese under the table trades with China is still running the show and paying their way.
Is it too hard to figure out this couple is beyond corrupt and that all the books about their vile behavior hold all the truths. I don't bother reading them because I've "lived them" as they shoved each one in my face daily while defecated on our Constitution.
They should be brought before a Military Tribunal in the name of the U.S. Constitution. Where do we begin this easily won litigation??????? | | Remove This Ad By Registering. Join Our Hillary For President Forum For Free. Sponsored Links:

| | | Speak of the Financial Devil. Wall St. Journal online today-headlines: Clinton partnership tie to Dubai will earn him $20 million. (shown via Savage)
There's some of the $ I just mentioned above. He and Hillary negotiated in 2002 with his billionaire friend Ron Burkle who was one of the Clintons political contributors. (I guess the Clinton's have put back in their pockets what they took out of ours while in office)
He is trying to sever a politically sensitive relationship to Dubai during Hillary's election. Clinton probably submitted this to Wall Street. Don't forget, I said he was sabotage king. However, his negotiations today will just go from one Clinton Pot to the next convoluted pot with this same friend.
