(and not because he is a republican) Because he will fight for HUGE tax cuts, smaller government, free trade, less restrictions for private companies, and is very much in favor of free markets. And to keep the Democrats from having total control over our government. he will get a lot of the Democrat votes because there are millions of people out there who, like me, who feel the Democrats lied about Iraq. They are pissed because Pelosi took impeachment off the table, and did everything they could (along with McCain) to allow up to 20 million illegals amnesty. The independent voters, who are sick to death of the constant "status quo" and not having anyone in office who will make the right decisions for America. And there is a huge amount of people who are, and have turned libertarian. Personally, the only reason why I am voting republican this time around, is to vote for Ron Paul. There is now way in hell I would vote for McCain, Romney, Rudy Julie Annie, or the huckleberry. Those people, along with Hitlery, Obama, or Edwards just scare me. |

LOL, it was bigger news than the State of the Union address from Bush. | | Remove This Ad By Registering. Join Our Hillary For President Forum For Free. Sponsored Links:

| | | I would vote for Ron Paul if I thought he had a chance to win the nomination. I voted for him for President in 1988 and met him then. I have a picture of him and me and my newborn baby. But I've got to help keep Hillary out of the White House, to not even allow her the nomination. If by some miracle, she gets knocked out on super Tuesday and Ron Paul is on the ballot in Texas in March, I'll vote for him. |

But my voted didn't win the election for the candidates I was voting for. That lead me to believe, that voting for the lesser of two evils is also wasting a vote. So If we ote our conscious, then it's not wasted. After all, it is only one vote. |

| | | There's a good article on Paul in the new Newsmax. The writer points out how Ron Paul could be the new Goldwater. Conservative political analyst Vigurie believes that Goldwater was the conservative version of John the Baptist by paving the way for Reagan. Goldwater got lots of people interest in conservatism but he didn't have the charisma to get elected President. Reagan did have the charisma to get elected. Paul doesn't have the charisma either, but he has revived a new conseratism which could help pave the way for a more charismatic conservative/libertarian candidate to win in a future election. This has been the value of Paul's candidacy. |

| | | I've never said it out loud, but I thought all of you Ron Paul fanatics were out of your cotton pickin' minds. Well, I'm ready to climb aboard. I'm still holding on to hope that Mitt Romney can send McCain packing, but if McCain wins the nomination I will officially resign my membership in the Republican Party. |

I can't believe that I actually agree with something Rush Limbaugh says. Today, it was anounced that Arnold and Rick Perry endorced John McCain. And what is so scary to me, is that Bush wasn't even really tied to the Military and look at the Wars we have been in. I can't imagine someone that is as close to the military as McCain is, how many wars we will be in. He already stated that our troops would be in Iraq for 100 years. How are we going to pay for this? We can't, unless we go even deeper in debt with China.
