It seems that the libertarians have changed their minds on immigration. Or at least Bob Barr see's a strong need to secure our borders.

But, writing in Ron Pauls name may be as important. If bob gets some recognition and has a chance, I could vote for him. If I knew it wouldn't hurt Ron's chances.

With Ron Paul being only a write-in, he doesn't have a chance anyway.

This is what Barr said in an interview in "The American Conservative" concerning immigration: "On the issue of immigration, my focus is consistent with the platform, and that is securing the border. I am not talking about physical securing. I don't favor a fence. If there is economic opportunity, people should be free to come into this country and participate in the market."

The American Conservative: "Does that mean you favor a guestworker program?"

Barr: "Yes. I think people ought to be able to come in and compete for jobs as long as they submit to an immigration procedure that ensures they do not pose a security or health risk. Internally, let the market dictate if there is a place for folks"

"It is important to start removing the government program incentives that bring people here. The market ought to be the incentive, not welfare programs."

Ron Paul's position on immigration is based on a concern that our overly generous welfare system by paying for illegal immigrants is economically wrecking our system. He said that if we truly had a complete free market system, we'd have so many jobs available that we'd be begging immigrants to come over to fill them.

Did a search on The Revolunist Party Websites and up popped very interesting stuff. Progressive Stalinist group discussing Al Sharpton, etc. Don't have time to go further. I was curious whether a website has already begun for U.S. Revolunist party or Ron Paul Revolunist Party. If we check the Communist party websites to see how devious they are in their political correctness we will see how our own two parties are the same as theirs and how cloaked in goodness for the people they pretend to be. i.e. we should destroy our police, demand they be jailed. They are really taking advantage of this Nations in-fighting and it's working.

It's time for a blog and website in that area to get organized. I plan to send a paragraph from Pauls book every day to one of the media and my own representatives Levin and Stabenaw. Will also send anything I feel interesting that Michael Savage says. Just bombard them with the truth. It would take a minimum of time, but a constant reminder that we're out here working to bring the Constitution back.

Yes, either Bob Barr or Paul. It's understood via Paul that this Revolution will not be this time around, but it's a beginning and it will build. I won't vote for either of the 3 liberals, I'm tired of wasting my vote.

Back when I was "anti-republican" (before I found Ron Paul), I thought it was pretty darn admirable of a Mexican to go through all they had to go through, just to get a decent job to feed and raise their familes. To come to a foreign country. Risk life and limb just to work. Man, I secerely thought, "How much better could one man be for his family". To think they gave up their life savings, leave their families for who knows how long, just for the chance at a job. Crossing the desert, 100 + degree heat in the days, near freezing at night. Just like the Europeans did centuries ago.

But then I found Ron Paul. And the facts still stand. Alot of those people come here for those very same reasons. And I don't think those people should be punished for doing just that, for those reasons.

But, it has become such a huge tax, economic and employment burden on so many Americans that I can't see segregating the good from the bad.
But, outlined in Ron Pauls immigration plan, I think all three birds could be killed with on stone. And if Bob Barr has that same plan, (which it looks as if he has something similar) Then I'm ok with it.
But, Bob was tied in with the NEOCONS and so I need to do some heavy research on his voting record. That's where some of the skeletons may be hidden.

Deporting illegals from our jails and prison system. Amend the "Birthright Citizenship" amendment, stop welfare for illegals (including emergency health care and education), erect a double layer fence patroled by our national guards. And repeal NAFTA.
Those things would not only stop the flow of illegals and their drugs. But would free up enough money that we could afford the fence on both North and south border. By cutting welfare, we could afford to help the schools and Hospitals that have been closed due to over crowding from Illegals.

If the public could just hear this plan, and others like it. Ron Paul or Bob would be a shoe in for the White House.

*Note: One thing I found was that Barr voted for the Bankruptsey Bill H.R. 833 in 1999. Isn't that the same bill that allowed the Credit Card companies to charge higher intrest rates and fee's. And also make disabled citizens go to jail if they didn't/couldn't pay their loans, credit cards and mortages?
