that the wicked witch is toast. She will not be nominated, much less elected.
This is a wonderful thing for our country. It is what I have hoped and prayed for

Polls indicate that many Republicans may withold support and funding of McCain's campaign due to petty grievances with his position on a few issues that they find offensive. If the Tar Baby gets in, they will sit around going " WHAT THE F*CK HAPPENED? " God help us. If you're Republican, independent, free thinking, or a democrat with a brain ...... make sure you VOTE!!!!!!!!! And vote for what's best for the U.S.A. +++++++++++++

Herb, my best friend, who also happens to be my landlord is black and probably the sweetest guy I ever met. I babysit his daughters ages 7 & 11 whenever I'm needed and they are like the children I never had. I love them both dearly. Because I hang out at his house almost exclusively when not working, most of his friends have become my friends and 90% of them are black. Even when I resided in Chicago I had many black friends and we went to eachothers neighborhoods and houses, no problem. There isn't a racist bone in my body and I don't tolerate it from either side.

My differences with Obama are purely ideological.

In my opinion, scottfree should be banned from posting on this site as long as it's up and running. That kind of intolerant rhetoric is right off the radical left sites like Daily Kos or MoveOn.org.

Well Not in the same words as Scottfree but I have to agree. Obama is not to be trusted. I personally do not trust any Democrat. I seen to much to even want them be anywhere near the Government. Last Good Politican the Democrats had was JFK, and he too had problems.

Only Vote for a Democrat if you want to pay Higher taxes, Higher fuel, and have a poor economy. If you observed, the Fuel started to go high as it has once the Democrats took over congress and the House, The economy turned to the worst after the same. Prior the economy was growing a little bit.

I would go back even further. IMO, the last good Democrat was Grover Cleveland who believed in the old classical liberal views of Jefferson and Madison of limited government.

Regarding the fuel prices, I believe there are a combination of causes. Certainly the industrialization of China and India is contributing, but I think what has really contributed to the recent catastrophic rise has been market speculation caused by the uncertainty in the Mid-East and I blame the Bush Administration for that for their wars, particularly the unecessary one in Iraq. I'm certainly no fan of Democratic economic policy, but I really don't see anything that the Democratic controlled Congress did to increase the fuel prices.
