Every American will get health care, my question is, WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR IT?
ANSWER IS - YOU ARE, IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT OR NOT! HILLARY IS THE BIGGEST LYING CROOKED CANDIDATE in the history of AMERICA - running for Pr
esident!
Any American who supports her for President, is a stupid ignorant moron!

Yesterday I listened to two seperate opinions on talk radio. One a political pundit, the other a teacher who admitted she was liberal but insisted that she kept politics out of the classroom. Both persons felt that "the story" was Hillary's trip to a war torn country and not the fact that she embellished about conditions when she got off the plane.

I don't know if this is blind trust or an inability to seperate fact from fiction, but both people indeed came off sounding like stupid, ignorant, morons.

Neither, just "biased denial!"

Hillary for President

Hello Everyone,

I have supported Hillary for President since before she even announced she was a candidate. Those of you (which includes almost everyone on this site) who can only talk about Hillary in the most degrading manner possible should look at yourselves. She most definitely has touched something in each of you that you personally cannot deal with. I wonder if you men are still in the 1960's and 1970's, you know, when women were second-class citizens. As for health care, it is just one of the issues that is bankrupting our country. For those of you with health insurance, you are currently paying for those who do not have insurance. Is it too much to ask that you think about a solution to our health care crisis, rather than going on and on about her health care plan. I might add that you have probably never read her plan. What's your solution? Hillary would probably be one of the greatest Presidents ever elected in this country if she is only given the chance to serve.

Judy, Judy, Judy. You are indeed dreaming. I don't think I can cite all of the posts on this site where the poster had no problem voting for a woman for president. Just not Hillary. You on the other hand, appear to want Hillary as president only because she's a woman. So for you to suggest gender bias is a whole lot of the pot calling the kettle black.

Not This Woman

Don't even try! Your argument that you would vote for a woman, BUT NOT THIS WOMAN is just so weak and pathetic. I am not voting for Hillary just because she is a woman. But, it is so interesting that when we do have a qualified woman for President, men say I couldn't vote for THIS woman and follow it up with nothing but disgusting labels which have nothing to do with her candidacy. And the labels that you assign her (communist, lesbian, whore, murderer) are ones that you can't justify based on your experience with her. Anytime someone generates such hate in me, I really have to look inside myself to find out where it's coming from, because it sure isn't coming from a person I do not know except through speeches and books. Many years ago, I grew up in Missouri and although I haven't lived there for many years, I'm glad to know there are many people not like you as she lost Missouri by a very small margin. Write me a sentence about what you don't like about Hillary without the labels.

That's simple judydreams, I will not vote for Hillary because she's a liberal Democrat. I wouldn't vote for Barbara Boxer. Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Barrack Obama, Howard Dean, Al Gore, John Kerry or any candidate of the liberal persuasion for the same reason. Maybe if I generalized more, I would vote for a woman, but not a liberal democrat woman, you'd get the point. This is about ideas not gender.

Since you're assuming that I won't vote for Hillary because she's a woman, can I assume that you won't vote for Obama because he's a black man? You're in the age/gender/race demographic that favors Hillary. You typical white woman, you.

Give me a woman with the conservative credentials of Condoleezza Rice or Jean Kirkpatrick and I'm in there, but I will not vote for a liberal of any race or gender.

By the way, I enjoy living in Missouri because of it's relative conservatism. My home state of Illinois tipped way too far left for me to live there. For that reason I could never live in Maryland either. Glad I'm here and you're there.

Regarding Hillary's position on socialized medicine and Obama's for that matter, why should we bring socialized medicine to this country when it's been a failure in every country it's ever been tried in? When people feel like their getting something for free, they tend to overuse it and it drives up costs, which in countires with socialized medicine it means higher taxes. The higher taxes in Europe has brought about chronically high 10 % unemployment because so much money is drained from the private sector through high taxes. To prevent further increase in taxes, the government has to start rationing on health care which creates the long waiting lists for limited diagnostic tests, limited number of beds in hospitals, limited number of doctors. Some people die while waiting for care. My wife knows a woman from Holland, Elsa. Elsa said that elderly people are rationed out of the system. Without enough medical care to go around, some people have to be rationed out of the system, so the elderly are since it's felt that they've lived their lives. Elsa hates Hillary and will never vote for her.

A better solution for our health care problems would be more free market incentives like giving poor people vouchers to buy health insurance and medical services. Lower priced high deductable and catastrophic policies along with vouchers where people got to keep the money they didn't spend would encourage people to shop around for health care which would bring down costs and make health care and health insurance more affordable. Unfortunately, Republicans aren't educating the public on these issues. They seem to care more about selling Iraq to the public and engaging in race politics over Obama. Because of this, people mistakenly think the only solution to our current health care crisis is socialized medicine. Republicans shouldn't surrender this debate to the Democrats. If they do, we'll all have to pay in the end for substandard health care.
