Unhappy Hillary Will Get Nomination; Karl Rove Predicts

[ Rove repeated his prediction that Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) will be her party’s presidential nominee. “She’s strong and she’s got the establishment of the Democratic Party, and she benefits from having relatively weak or inexperienced opponents,” he said.
He declined to say whether Republicans would be better off running against her or her chief rival for the nomination, Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.). “It will be her, in all likelihood,” he said. ]

WiseOne's Comments, I agree with Karl Rove...Hillary will get the 2008 nomination. What we need to do now is to focus on fighting her once she does. We need to make SURE we get the truth out about her and fight hard, IMHO

Hillary is obviously confident that she will get the nomination. She is already running in the general election and taking centrist positions such as opposing gay marriage and supporting a state's right to decide that issue. Hopefully, she won't get away with putting on her centrist disguise and will be exposed to the public for the extreme leftist that she really is.

I don't care what Karl Rove, Dick Morris or anyone else says. I cannot accept the notion that this filthy vermin is the inevitable Dem nominee. Everyone forgets how, according to the polls, Howard Dean was steamrolling to the nomination but sputtered out as soon as people had the opportunity to vote. Even then, there are countless examples of the winner of the Iowa caucus or New Hampshire primary subsequently falling flat on his face. Nothing is inevitable.

Will there really be enough stupid voters to push this wholly unqualified fake to the general election? She keeps touting her "experience." Well, for God's sake, she's been in the Senate for only four more years than Obama has, and she hasn't done anything there! That's her experience? Six years in the Senate and nothing to show for it? Jeeeez, what are people thinking?

(Can you tell I'm frustrated?)

Hillary apparently includes her experience as co-president as part of her experience.

Karl Rove pointed out on Rush that Hillary has negative ratings in the high forties and that nobody has ever gone on to win the presidency with that high of negatives in modern polling. If the Democrats are stupid enough to nominate her, they're staring at their third loss in a row. Hopefully, they will come to their senses and dump her. Not that I want the Democrats to win, I don't like their position on socialized medicine, but the sooner Hillary is disposed of, the sooner I will be relieved.

Yeah, I can tell the frustration, LOL. I am with ya on that one! I agree with you all as well...the sooner Hillary is disposed of, the better. Corvair, I PRAY that you are right and there are not enough stupid people to send "Chief Empty Cloud" to the general election. I feel there ARE enough however.

:(
