She did pretend to know what it was.... She said it was his "world view". She got nervous because she didn't know what it was.

Now, let me get this straight. Because she's a woman who has achieved success in her political carreer should become acceptable to be VP. Even though she hasn't enough experience on a federal level. Doesn't anyone understand that the situation that USA is in, needs more experience on all the issues.
JEEEESSSSEEEE..........Both Republican and Democrats have in-experienced candidates. Neither of them really have any idea of solving the US's problems. And both sides are pretty close to being the same. Both are pretty exact on foreign policy. They both have committed our military in the middle east for years to come. Both refuse to allow Iran the nuclear capabilities they have every right to under international law. (It's been proven that Iran has suspended it's nuclear weapons program since 2003).
Both are exact on illegal immigration. Neither side will support a federal investigation or inventory of the federal reserve which is what causes inflation (Bernenke even admitted that the Federal Reserve was the highest taxer to the middle class through inflation and the devaluation of the dollar)
Neither Obama or McCain will stop funding big oil and other corperations that recieve profits. And both sides refuse to stop funding countries that are not only "non-trading partners, but would be convieved as enemies to most standards.
And both sides have supported an increase in the size of our government...............

And to top it off, the MSM wants to create this bogus amount of differences to make people think there are big differences between the two. And through a lack or research, people are glued to their TV's in hope of actually seeing "Lipstick on a pig".

I'm so glad you took that little piece of bait, because it's on now.

No Child left behind
Iraq War
Depression of 1929
Vietnam
Usama Bin Laden
unsecured borders
3 million illegals recieving amnesty
$11 billion given to Pakistan to find Usama
Star Wars
The Super Collider
Social Security downfall
Housing bubble & Bail out
Jobs outsourcing to Mexico, China, and other countries
The Mexican Trucking Pilot Program
North American Union
Taking Gas/Oil off the commodities Market and deregulation
Homeland Security
Patriot Act
Our current foreign policy
$4.00 gas/diesel
Taxes on everything. Property, farm animals, tips, renewable energy (wind turbines, solar panels) guns, houses, income, etc etc

And the list goes on and on and on.

All of these things were created by Republicans & Democrats. And have been either a huge strain on our budget, unconstitutional, or created very hard times for American's....

And your calling the independent minded people who chose not to vote for the same people who have created all the problems of the USA "Losers"......
Who's really losing here?

This is so simple I can't understand why you're not getting it. I am aware of all of the above, but voting for the Independent is not going to change that. I will back an Independent when he has a chance to win. Until then, I will not waste my time nor my vote casting a ballot for somebody who is sure to lose. It makes no sense!!!

When I said, Independent = Loser, I was saying that if you vote for the Independent Candidate, you will lose the election. Not that Independents are losers.

I read a book by Larry Elder, "SHOWDOWN," in which he said that the Libertarian movement could get going if they started at the local level and worked up, citing a town in Colorado where more than half of the city council are Libertarians. Until Libertarians or any other third party shows that they have a chance to even be taken seriously, I will make my choice from the two that are.

One caveat though H2L, when the time comes, don't get your hopes up and don't hold your breath. You'll probably wind up getting more of the same.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

It makes no sense to support most of the same issues with an independent presidential, congressional or even state legislature candidate, but vote for someone else who doesn't. Regardless of their chances to win.
It makes even less sense to vote for a party that has a proven track record of corruption and bad decisions.

How do you think any other party will ever, EVER, have a chance to make the sound solutions that America is in desperate need of right now.
Other wise, we will be stuck with the same fail policies of the Republicans and Democrats.
In order for an independent, Libertarian or other third party to do this, is for people like us, who are sick of the stupid or evil party, to throw our support to them.

Obviously, it's going to take time for these independent candidates to get elected. But it will take even longer, if people held the same mentality that only allows them to vote for the winner.
After all, what do we win? Another 2 or 4 years of bad decisions from both parties.

Thats exactly what your going to get by voting for the top parties. More of the same. You don't have to wait for that to happen. You don't have to hold your breathe. Heck, you don't even have to vote.
One thing that I always tell people, is that your one vote isn't going to change the outcome of the election. Never before has a presidential or congressional election been decided by one vote.
So why not be a conscious voter? Why vote for the lesser of two evils? Your one vote isn't going to change the outcome.
But, if everyone voted their conscious, then true change to come to this country.
And if it does. And we elect the majority in congress of a third party, and they don't do anything, or they make bad decisions, then we vote them out. And we keep doing that until we finally get a government that works. We finally get a government that understands that they "work for us". That our tax dollars are our tax dollars. And that if they are going to make decisions on our dime, they need to ask us.

The bottom line is, that the Republicans and Democrats have had too long in power & made too many of the wrong decisions to keep the majority. And to vote for them, is a wasted vote for America.
