Paul's team hopes for a trial in October. The Clinton's longtime lawyer David Kendall, who will attend the hearing, has declined comment on the suit.

One more reason for the Democrats not to nominate Hillary. Can you imagine her having to show up in court to testify on her behalf while she's in the midst of a Presidential election? I hope this trial gets major coverage on the MSM. So far, it hasn't.

I don't know how something this big gets ignored by the MSM. Still, the shine is coming off of the Clinton armor. I still feel that winning this nomination now is all about winning immunity and executive privelege.

It's very real.. This is the biggest cover-up story of the year. The judge is setting the trial date tomorrow. Hillary, Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, Al Gore, and a lot of Hollywood celebrities will soon be taking depositions in the case as witnesses.

This has been kicking around for a long time. MSM probably consider this old news. Paul himself is no knight in shining armor. Clintons have always been preety good about stepping in s@@t and cooming out smelling good. :::shrug:::: we'll see.

The media has ignored this case, hoping it would go away, but it has been going on for 7 years. Originally the trial was supposed to happen in March of '07, but it was appealed.

The media has tried to discredit Peter Paul because he's a convicted felon. Yet no one has asked, how did a convicted felon get that close to a President, and how was he able to throw a fundraiser for the President?

The secret service had to have know he was a convicted felon because he was throughly vetted by them. The media broke the story and found out that he was a convicted felon, and that's when the Clintons tried to distance themselves from him and refused to take anymore money from him. Only problem was, right after they swore they wouldn't take more money from him, they faxed him a letter saying they wanted more money from him.

Bottom line is, the media has tried to discredit him, but he's taken a lie detector test, and he passed. Somehow I don't think Bill or Hillary could pass a lie detector test.

The Clintons always have amnesia when testifying under oath, but Peter Paul has over 6 hours of home video to dispute the Clintons when they say "I don't recall"
