[ Hillary Clinton's campaign today announced it will report $36 million in total receipts for the first fundraising quarter, which ended March 31, 2007. The staggering number reflects the strength of support for Clinton from every walk of life and every part of America.

Ten million of her 36 came from her Senatoral Fund, so that gives her 26 million, (pulled in) Obama a virtual unknown brought in 22 million. America doesn't love Hillary, a large number of wealthy individuals are making this money available. Most, of late Slick has had to go on the road 16 times to raise the dinero because the Broom Rider has been turning off the crowds. I personally can't wait for this to be settled so the RNC can start taking her apart, and watch Slick with is Ego come unhinged.

I suspect the Clinton's called in all their chits for past services rendered while in office. Foreign and Domestic. Even if they only received a buck a chit, there's still more bound to come through.

I think people sometimes place too much emphasis on how much money the candidates raise. Like NoHitlery said, most of Hillary's money comes from fat cats. Alot more than fat cats will be voting. No matter how much money she raises, there's still lots of people who can't stand her and will be voting against her.

As of today, Obama has raised only 1 million less than Hillary with only a fraction of the donor base than she has. And while Hillary has been soliciting the legal maximum $4,600 from her contributors, $2,300 for the primaries and $2,300 for the general elections, Obama has solicited only for the primaries allowing him to return to those donors for additional funds should he win. Of Obama's 25 million, 23.5 million is available for the primaries. With Poodle Boy Edwards raising an additional 14 million, I would say there is more money bet against her than for her.
