Clinton's barbed comments revived a term she coined for the partisan plotting during her husband's presidential tenure and echoed remarks she made last weekend in New Hampshire, which holds the nation's first primary. ]

Another preemptive strike, not unlike her "no politics of personal destruction" strategy. Only the "vast right wing conspiracy" strategy is to derail personal attacks leveled at her by republicans. Note this accusation comes after Rudy's and Newt's past infidelities came to light.

Hillary knows that if attacked on her past indiscretions she's through, but also knows she can't win without allowing her band of flying monkeys to attack the past indiscretions of others.
