John "Poodle Boy" Edwards is about to announce his "Poverty Tour," where he will go from the 9th Ward in New Orleans to the coal mines in West Virginia to highlight the poverty many Americans live in. I can only hope that he points out that while we have 20 million illegals in this country doing jobs Americans won't do, we have an equal number of Americans satisfied to just sit on their butts and collect a check at taxpayer expense.

With any luck, I envision Poodle Boy meeting an unemployed hair dresser who offers to cut his hair for half price. ($600.00) During the haircut the unemployed hair dresser is struck with a severe case of the DT's and accidently cuts Mr. Edwards carotid artery. Mr. Edwards is then rushed to a state run clinic where he bleeds to death in the waiting room while waiting his turn behind an illegal alien whose son is suffering from excrutiating pain during urination. His final words being, "National Health Care will work."

And that's why there's so much poverty in the country. The welfare state that Edwards and other Democrats love so much is what is keeping these people back. What is Edwards solution for poverty? No doubt more expansion of the welfare state. Can't people see through this slick phony?

WiseOne, have you ever noticed that when the Dumbocrats talk about leveling the playing field, they always suggest taxing the rich to redistribute it to the poor. I have never heard one of them suggest that the poor go to work like the rest of us so that they too may some day be rich.

True...the thing is IF Hillary doesn't promise to "hold their hands" and give them free healthcare, and the like...there would be no way in hell for her. IF you keep people beholden to you, they WILL vote for you. Keep them down...promise them the world, they will vote for you. Sad, a vicious cycle. They don't want them to work and try hard...they want them to bow at their feet with their hands out, thereby guaranteeing their votes...

Exactly, the lower the they go, the higher they can promise. Keep the masses dependent on you, and your false democratic promises, they will come and will vote for you as they are really "sheeple".
