 Poodle Boy Proposals Worthless At a campaign stop in Menlo Park, Ca. John Edwards decried the profits made by the oil companies and proposed a worthless list of measures that would be impossible to obtain, doom some industries and cause the price of gasoline to skyrocket. Like his "child talking from the grave" case, Poodle Boy is playing on peoples emotions to further his own personal agenda. It's no wonder he spends so much time in Iowa. | It is a little expensive.... but what is wrong with saving some of your paycheck to buy oil company stock? I lived for years with no car, no phone, no cable, no internet and a lousy paycheck. Yet, I still managed to go to engineering night classes and save 9% of my income in the 401k and I contributed to my IRA. If you want to take a chunk of those oil company profits, buy the #### stocks! Duh. I'm not sure I understand you corn field comment. I associate Edwards with CRAP circles, not crop circles.

| Alfred E Neuman has more substance than Edwards. Yet somehow I would very much like him to win the nomination. Let's see. A. Oil companies are going to make obscene profits from now into eternity. B. We can't make Social Secutrity private because of high market risk. Solution: Make Social Security private so everybody can buy oil company stocks! Wow! That was so simple. Did I figure that out all by myself?????
