John Edwards Poll Numbers Faltering In South

[ Among Democrats, New York Sen. Hillary Clinton led Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, 36-25 percent. Seneca native and former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards had 20 percent, an 11-point drop from December’s poll. An assortment of announced and unofficial candidates scored from 1 to 2 percent, including Delaware Sen. Joseph Biden, 2 percent; and Connecticut Sen. Chris Dodd and New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, 1 percent each.

The Democratic poll was taken after Obama’s and Clinton’s mid-February visits to South Carolina’s Democratic heartland. ]

I find Poodle Boy to be a less desirable candidate than Hillary. He's a slick talking, do as I say not as I do hypocrite that people will eventually see through. He's used religion when it's benefitted him and turned his back on it when it didn't. He talks about spending $80-120 Billion a year of our money for universal health care, yet never thought twice about running up the cost of health care and health insurance while enriching himself. I guess he'll need those two faces if he want's to represent both Americas.

NH, I don't know if you would remember this, but roughly 30 years ago when then Gov. Jerry Brown of California had aspirations for running for president, a Chicago newspaper columnist named Mike Royko dubbed him governor "Moonbeam" for his starry-eyed liberal ideas. The name stuck and Jerry Brown could get no serious traction on the national level afterwards.

I hope Poodle Boy will have a similar effect on John Edwards and make him go away permanently.
