He did, but it was quite a while ago. 1998, if the web is right. Search google for "McCain Chelsea Joke". Hopefully he's learned that's a bad tactic, and personal attacks on people's kids don't fly well. Also, is it just me or has she gotten a lot better looking? Poor kid had the media turned on her during her awkward years. I think she's campaigning for her mom now mostly to show the world her new hair style....

From what I've heard, Chelsea got plastic surgery a few years ago.

Speaking of whom her real father is, there's a rumor that Webster Hubbell is her real father.
