| Ward Churchill ws Fired!!!!!!! Finally, that "Prof." Ward Churchill was fired. Adolf Eichmann, who was charged with manging the logistics and controlling the mass deportation of Jews to concentration and slave labor. He was captured in Argentina in 1960 and executed for war crimes in Israel. Churchill referred to 9/11 victims as "Little Eichmanns." He was calling capitalism evil and was comparing the clerical workers (administrative jobs) to Eichmann, who is the text book example of an administrator. Churchill was fired because it appeared he plagiarized some of his writings and that he lied that he was Indian, and that he taught things that were just wrong. He is claiming that he was fired over his 9/11 comments and he is suing the university. First of all, if it was over his comments, he was just flat out wrong. It's a little late for that, and that a private organization has no obligation to follow the first amendment. it only applies to the state.

| I agree, I have seen this man speaking and he is not the sharpest knife in the drawer to be sure. He is a bit off the deep end. Wouldn't surprise me that he was plagiarizing as he had no time to do real work and had to use other's works because he was too busy yapping his mouth spewing his hate.

| I look forward to Ward Churchill appealing this decision and I hope he is able to take it all the way to the Supreme Court. I will enjoy seeing him exhaust his finances just to see what Judges Roberts, Alito, and Thomas have to say about it. For a college professor, he's not right bright. |
