I have a very comprehensive energy plan that won't cost tax payers one dime. And it won't cause a deficit. And will save millions of American's millions of dollars.

All they have to do, is allow federal tax breaks to all citizens who install renewable energy products to their homes. As in Solar Panels, Wind turbines and even residential Geothermal units. (The products must be made in the USA)
Doing this would create an enormous amount of jobs in the USA. And elecrtic bills will soon be a thing of the past for most Americans.

I understand that residential reneables aren't 100%. But today, they will drastically reduce ones need for energy from Coal, diesel, nuclear and other non-renewable energy sources..
And with Technology on the rise from these, soon, Solar Panels, wind turbines and Geothermal units will become more and more advanced to create an even higher amount of energy that will benefit the whole system even more...

In Oregon, the state is allowing huge amounts of tax breaks. And it is working. More and more people are turning to residential renewable.

T. Boone Pickins plan will be bad. Check out the subsidies he's asking for. And his Wind Farm will make him even more richer than he already is.

But, if the Federal Government will allow us to keeps some of our tax $$$$ to invest in residential renewables, then we all win.
