 surprise? It's no surprise, really. They have done nothing but defy the White House and try to increase their power. What the hell was Pelosi doing in Syria? The Sec. of State deals with foreign governments, not the speaker. The white house told her not to go! Or trying to throw time tables in supplemental bills? Only the president can make military decisions like that. they don't have the constitutional authority, but they do it anyway! And they lie! they raised their salaries, which they said they wouldn't. They are just trying to destroy Bush's legacy, any way they can.
