A question about Neocons and Conservatives

I just wonder, with all the McCain supporters out there who honestly think that McCain and Bush are true conservatives, do you really think that true conservatives would allow the following: (and keep in mind, I'm talking about when the GOP had the Majority in both houses of congress)

1. The largest deficit in our history.
2. Expand the size of government to an extreme amount
3. Not even try to abolish the Department of Education
4. Not try to abolish abortions
5. Allow this much foreign intervention
6. Allowed illegals to flood across the borders
7. Allowed illegals to fill our prison system
8. Allow illegals to fill our schools
9. Allow welfare to illegals
10. Allow pay ransom to foreign countries for the capture of men wanted by us, and then when they don't produce (Osama, Pakistan), we give them more money
11. Give bail outs to less than shabby lenders
12. Allow corporations to dictate the price of fuel. Even to the point of price gouging

The list goes on and on. I think the things I listed above, are the true differences between Conservative and neocons.
