| New Rasmussen Poll The latest Rasmussen poll now shows Hillary only 7 points above Obama. It also shows her with a 55% unfavorable rating, the worst unfavorable rating she has ever had since officially running for president. She is ahead of Guiliani by 46 to 43 and the same 46 to 43 over Romney. The race is currently closer against Huckabee where she is ahead 46 to 45. Obama would be a better pick for the Democrats at this time against Huckabee in that he is running 45 to 41. Huckabee is the big surprise. He is on top now among the Republicans at 21, Guiliani is 18, Romney 12, Thompson and McCain ties at 11, and Ron Paul at 8 which is 3 points above where he was in the last poll that I saw.       |

| Yea, Huckabee is a surprise...never really though about him before, but I keep hearing more about him and Ron Paul too. Maybe we DO have a strong chance of beating Hillary. It does seem like Huckabee has his head on straight, I got to give him that. Oh, I bet Hillary will be PISSED to be beat by him (another Arkansas Razorback), LOL. Let's all keep our head's up and be brave, LOL.

 Never going to happen Huckabee's only doing well because no one knows him yet. He's got some serious campaign issues, like having less than a million in the bank, having almost no organization, and having to hire disgraced Reagan campainger Ed Rollins. Also, while this is no problem for me, a lot of Republicans won't like his stance on immigration (wanted to give college aid to illegals), the fact that he's raised taxes, and the fact that he's a health nut. My dream is that he wins the primary, so the Republicans have to find out what an awful candidate they have after it's too late. But, I know the Dems can win in a real fight this season, so I don't worry about stacking the fight against them too much. |
