Clipboard Daily Presidential Tracking Poll

Here's the latest Rasmussen Daily Presidential Tracking Poll showing McCain leading Obama 48% - 42%, and leading Hillary 45% - 44%.. Clinton also leads Obama in the Democratic Primary Poll 46% - 44%.

I thought I would post this as I'm seeing numbers on this site reminiscent of the MSM's 2004 exit polls.

I made that statement tongue-in-cheek Herb. I know that these polls vary quite a bit but I hadn't heard anything like the numbers you were posting. I was getting the impression you were trying to influence people's opinions like the MSM does with their misleading exit polls.

Well, ummmm, Zogby has "accuracy" problems when it comes to Obama:

The survey of likely Democratic Party primary voters shows that in North Carolina, Obama leads with 48% support, compared to 40% for Clinton and 13% either undecided or preferring someone else. In Indiana, Obama is nursing a tiny lead of two points, winning 44% support, compared to 42% for Clinton and 15% unsure or wanting someone else.
See all those undecideds? The vast majority always end up voting for her when push comes to shove.

Oh no. I know the polls are all over the place, but that still isn't good news. Well, the day is here for Indiana and North Carolina...so we'll see soon enough!

Obama is increasing his lead in North Carolina, but it's still a tossup in Indiana according to the latest Zogby poll.

Zogby: Obama Expands Lead in N.C.; Indiana a Toss-up

UTICA, New York – On the strength of good polling numbers on the final day before the primary elections in Indiana and North Carolina, Barack Obama of Illinois holds a convincing lead in North Carolina, but the race is simply too close to call in Indiana, the latest Zogby two-day telephone tracking poll shows.
The pair of surveys of the Democratic presidential contests shows Obama with a significant 14-point lead in North Carolina, winning 51% support to Hillary Clinton’s 37%. Another 12% said they were either favoring someone else or were as yet undecided. In Indiana, the race is clear as mud, as Obama holds a statistically insignificant lead of two points, winning 45% support to Clinton’s 43% support, with 12% either undecided or favoring someone else.
The electorates in both states are divided significantly along racial lines, income, and age, the telephone survey shows.
The telephone surveys, conducted May 4-5, 2008, are the final of Zogby’s two-day daily tracking surveys. In North Carolina, 643 likely Democratic primary election voters were polled. In Indiana, 644 likely voting Democratic primary voters were surveyed. Both surveys carry a margin of error of +/- 3.9 percentage points

I hope Obama wins North Carolina by 14 points or more and upsets Hillary in Indiana. That should cause the stampede of superdelegates to Obama and get this thing over with.

I haven't seen the latest polls but I heard on FNC this morning that Hillary has a 37 point lead in West Virginia and a 27 point lead in Kentucky. Is Obama not campaigning there?

I've heard she's expected to get up to eighty percent in WV today!!!??? She doesn't have such a big lead in KY, but it's still a substantial one.

She'll get owned in OR, though, despite them both bombarding the airwaves with ad after ad after ad on end, it seems.
