Et tu Father Pfleger!!!

Father Pfleger, a guest speaker at Trinity United, aced all of the previous speakers who have graced the pulpit. He castigated white people, defended Rev. Wright and Louie Farrakhan, and mocked Hillary Clinton as feeling entitled and being bitter that a black man named Obama has stolen her thunder. In other words, he plunged another dagger into Obama's already deflating campaign.

Some folks might want to pass this off as a simple case of guilt by association, (cough, cough) but it seems that the Rev. Pfleger has given a couple of donations of $1,500 to Obama's past campaigns and Obama, while a state legislature, included in an appropriations bill a $100,000.00 earmark for a youth program run by the Rev. Pfleger.

Again, Obama has shown poor judgement in his choice of friends. I just can't figure out if these friends of his are trying to help him or hurt him.

Since all that Obama has is "Just his words," more of his ideologies and 'friends' will continue to bury him as the campaigning goes on---they just cant help themselves!! Radical activism inherently means speaking one's ideologies!!

Mr. Poor Judgment---pastors, mentors, friends, words, wife, and ideologies!!

To get your attention! Looks like it WORKED! ha ha Also, dont have to dig out 'my glasses'..dont 'need them' but must just need a bigger monitor laptop! This #2 font size seems to light & faint to me....

kinda like those ppl on cell phones who talk loud in public because they cant hear themselves....<wink>

BTW, just a little Communications info: Std telephones are 'full duplex', meaning that you can talk and hear at the same time. Cell phones are 'partial duplex,' meaning that you can talk OR hear but not at the same time. Std telephones of old send a -20 db Sidetone that feeds back the speaker's voice while they are talking (like monitor speakers for a band) so that they can hear themselves while they are talking. NO CHARGE for this info...

Listening to Rush Limbaugh the other day, he put forward the theory that the Father Fleger incident was carefully choreographed to give Barack Obama another chance to extricate himself from the church.

In retrospect, I'm feeling kind of stupid for not figuring that out for myself. I had previously posted on this site that I believed something similar was afoot when it came to the old soft-shoe performed by Jeremiah Wright at the National Press Club.

Obama had been bleeding white support over his refusal to reject his pastor and/or his church but could not simply reject either without it looking like political expediency. Hence the tirade by Jeremiah Wright giving him a second opportunity to do so. When rejecting Wright wasn't enough to stop the bleeding, Obama needed a similar tirade so he could reject the church also. Enter Father Fleger. It was a nice touch making the "last straw" that enabled him to leave Trinity United the rantings of a visiting white preacher.

As is Obama's modus operandi, he didn't reject the church out right for continuing it's racist preachings, but rather because everything that was said there was being connected to his campaign by the media and his rivals, suggesting that he is still but an innocent bystander who hated the sin but was merely trying to love the sinner. What a Phony!!!

Now there's those out there that would believe, or want you to believe, that this is merely a conspiracy theory, but think about it. Obama was losing support due to the racially charged rantings of the pastor of his church. Wouldn't one think that his closest friend and supporter, Jeremiah Wright, would remain low key until after the election campaign is over? He actually did for awhile after the first tapes of his rantings were made public, but when it became apparent that Obama's refusal to reject him was hurting his campaign, it was SHOWTIME!!! Ditto with Father Fleger.
