Obama has about five months to recover and turn things around unless something else about him is brought to light. I'm thinking that will happen.

For a man who has made his campaign about judgement, it's becoming more and more apparent that he shows very poor judgement when it comes to choosing friends and associates. Still, this may boil down to who can find more incriminating dirt on the other.

Don't worry WiseOne, this thing will be brokered at the convention and that's what we (conservatives) want. Like a wrestling cage match, the winner will barely be able to crawl out of the cage to claim victory.

NoHil-Billy, I agree, it'll be done at the convention. THAT will be interesting! Yup, 20 years of listening to a racist, hateful preacher like that can't be good on anyone. VERY poor judgment is putting that one nicely. I have lost a LOT...and I mean a LOT of respect for Obama after this. Don't get me wrong, Hillary is STILL the bottom of the barrel...but, now Obama's image is, no doubt, tarnished. Sigh, he just made this race MUCH tighter and more divisive to be sure. NOW, Hillary COULD scam herself in at the convention IMHO.

No, I think Obama already has the nomination. All Hillary is doing is further splitting the Democrat Party and can casue Obama to lose the general election.

But Hillary staying in and causing him to lose the election is exactly what I'm hoping will happen. You are backing an unknown entity and we're only starting to find out what an unqualified liberal moron this man is. I urge you to read the article, "Obama's Constitution" in the March 17th edition of the weekly Standard. This idiot has some very scary notions about the constitution.

Read very carefully, his ideas about what qualifies somebody to be on the Supreme Court. We could very likely wind up with the likes of Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farakhan, or William Ayers sitting alongside Alito and Roberts. Obama would make Clinton's Ginsberg appointment look conservative.

I don't put alot of stock in what the neocon Weekly Standard writes. Their biggest concern about Obama is probably that they won't get all the wars they want.

Obama may get the nomination, but most whites wont forget about this issue! It truly is offensive as has played out, as is Rev. Wright's hate speech----the best Obama can hope for is the continued Black population support and some so-called 'enlightened' white women who supported Hillary!! Unless McCain screws up big time (not just a little 'Al Qaeda/Terrorist in training in Iran' talk), but possibly that his removed melanoma may have spread threatening his life span. But then, he may get 'the sympathy vote?!' Oh, wait, us Conservatives are incapable of that---will have to come from the Independents & Moderates.....ha ha

BTW, being from AZ. the Keating thing is passe! Many prominent AZ's knew him since he was a big wheeler-dealer here...

How in the world can somebody go to a church for 20 years and listen to such hate and not wonder WTF? Obama is an empty suit, or as they say in Texas, all hat and no cattle. It's funny to challenge an Obama supporter, as in what do you like about him? Oh, he's such a good speaker, he can bring us all together. He can't and he won't. Anybody that has spent time in corporate America can agree that some of the greatest speakers who have risen to positions of power are not necessarily that sharp. I'm voting for the ole guy, the patriot!

Well, he is an ole guy, but I'm not so sure about the patriot bit. I believe to be a patriot, you have to have a regard for the Constitution which McCain doesn't. McCain has shown that he has no regard for the 1st Amendment with his McCain/Feingold legislation. He has stated that contrary to what the Constitution says about only Congress having the power to declare war, he believes the President can single handedly send this country to war.
