Dick Morris is still saying it's over for Hillary. He said even if she wins every remaining primary by 10% she will still be 60 short of Obama. If Obama has the majority of the delegates come convention time, which he will, the super delegates would be stupid to hand the nomination over to Hillary. He believes it would disenfranchise many blacks and young people for the rest of their lives. It would have a lasting negative effect on the Democratic Party for the next generation. Hillary temporarily destroyed the Democrat Party in 1994 which took it 12 years to recover. She could damage the Democrat Party for a much longer period this time. Regarging the upcoming election, she could so disenfranchise the Democrat Party if she steals the nomination that plenty of Democrats would vote for McCain since lots of Democrats like him.

I have a question. Are the super delegates evenly divided amongst the states? In other words, are there so many super delegates per state or are they just chosen arbitrarily? Would John F'n Kerry and Teddy "Down the Hatch" Kennedy be more obligated to vote for Obama because he won more delegates or for Clinton because she won Massachusetts? Exactly how does this work? Anybody???

Super delagates can vote for whomever they want to. Even though Hillary carried Massachusetts, Ted Kennedy could vote for Obama.

That part I understand Herb, but is there an etiquette, so to speak? Would Kerry and Kennedy be more obliged to go for Clinton since she won Massachusetts? And again, are super delegates evenly divided amongst the 50 states?
