I agree Syz. I was starting to lean toward Thompson as the only true conservative on the Republican side. I've since backed off and am giving Giuliani a good hard look. I'm getting tired of some of the far right issues that have bogged the Republican party down. The Republicans have had the White House for twenty of the last twenty eight years and held both houses for twelve of them and it hasn't slowed abortion one bit.

Rudy's candidacy brings a lot of blue states into play that we would have already written off. The fact that the man is still leading in the polls speaks volumes.

Let the churches deal with moral issues. If they had been doing their jobs we wouldn't be in the moral quandry we're in today.

I like Giuliani's health care plans. I hope he is able to educate the public on how it is superior to the Democrats' socialized medicine. We don't want to go down that route and repeat the same mistakes of Canada and Europe. Another thing, I've been wondering if Hillary's attacks on Obama will backfire on her and turn lots of blacks against her in the general election, if she makes it that far.

Yes, let the Church do the moralizing. I'm furious with the Republicans. They say nothing about Hillary's Communist determinations for this country and make Abortion their main point of concern. Enough of that crap!--By the way, Guiliani refused the "straw poll" because he declared it a scam like most of our elections are. All those votes were purchased so where's the "Democracy in that?" and to the Republican bench sitters--should we toss America to the wolves, so the liberals can play "head of the proletariat" like the Terrorists in Iraq are enjoying just so this Communist Party U.S.A. (aka liberals) can strongly show them their support?
