| Yes, I have always been a strong opponent of socialized medicine, but then when I think about McCain's lust for war, I have chosen to vote for Obama over McCain. McCain represents a continuance of the neoconservative foreign policy that we've had to live with for the past 7 years. Voting against McCain should send the same message to the Republicans that was sent in 2006. Maybe the Republicans will finally learn their lesson and realize how the public is tired of this ruinous foreign policy that is promoting terrorism and draining our economy. If we put McCain in, he'll take it as meaning that the public wants the government to keep up its ruinous Israel first policy. Unless we send this message, we will not be able to curb the appetites of people like McCain who have such a lust for war. As ruinous as Obama's economic policies may be, I believe our foreign policy which has spent over a trillion dollars on Iraq and caused over a million deaths according to some estimates is the worst of the two options.
