| Hillary's Success's Can Be Blamed on the GOP Before you start throwing stones at me, just hear me out.
Whether you believe it or not. Most Americans are sick to death with Iraq, the war, and the GOP's war on Terror. They don't care if the troops surge is working or not. They don't care if the streets of Baghdad are being paved with freedom and democracy. We are sick of our soldiers dying, our money going down the tubes along with the value of it. We are tired of gas & diesel prices soaring through the roof.
As the band Cross Canadian Ragweed song goes....Sick & Tired of being sick & tired.
The GOP knows this. But for some reason, they continue to run on a platform that cost them both houses of congress in 2006. And to top it off, instead of running a candidate that stands up and says the GOP is wrong, that we already won the war, and we can start bringing the troops home, they run McCain. (who in 1993 & 1994 bashed Clinton for staying in Somalia and other places too long)
Here's the youtube for the source:
But, none the less, they endorse & support McCain. When all he has is his Vietnam POW record. Thats it. No economical experience. Not trade experience. He is always supported illegals. He has been wishy washy on other Conservative issues like gay marriage and abortion. But because of his stance on the war, the GOP (to keep from having to admit they were wrong to support Bush and this war and war on terror) they are allowing the GOP to go under. BIG TIME.
If you need more proof than what your conscious is telling you, then just look at the amount of voters that showed up to vote for the Democrats VS. the GOP. In some primaries, Hillary got more votes than "ALL OF THE GOP CANDIDATES COMBINED".
And now, it has gotten so bad, that even alot of Conservatives have actually started thinking that Obama wouldn't be so bad. Personally, there isn't much difference in Obama and Clinton when it comes to issues. Either way it goes, neither Obama or Hillary will bring the troops home, socialism will grow that much more, and illegals will be welcome with open arms to destroy the value of our labor. In which will do that much more harm to the value of the dollar that is already in decline
There is still a chance for the one true conservative (no not the huckleberry) to win the GOP nomination. And let me tell you my friends, the GOP hasn't even started to make bad decisions. I hear John McCain is going to be endorsed by Bush Sr. and Jr. pretty soon. Which will put another nail in their coffin.
Which truly sucks for me, because I only become a Conservative since I learned about Ron Paul. He showed me the difference between a Conservative and a neocon. |
