| The latest AP/Ipsos poll shows Obama with a 6 point lead over McCain, 48 to 42. The same poll shows Hillary with only a 1 point lead, 46 to 45. Those super delegates need to take this into consideration in who they throw their votes to, the one who stands the best chance of winning, or a polarizing candidate like Hillary whom if she is able to win, only by the skin of her teeth. Also, they need to think about which candidate would be able to advance his or her agenda if predident. All Hillary can talk about is fighting the Republicans because she's had lots of experience at it while Obama and McCain talk about reaching over to the other side. Obama would do a much better job in getting "vote hillary's" scientific agenda across than a polarizing politician like Hillary. |
