[ WASHINGTON — At least three newspapers have pulled conservative commentator Ann Coulter's syndicated column from their editorial pages after her comments last week calling Democratic presidential hopeful John Edwards a "faggot."

Newspapers in Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Michigan pulled the column after criticism from readers. In addition, reports say at least three companies, Verizon, Sallie Mae and NetBank, have dropped their advertising from Coulter's Web site after a liberal blogger launched a campaign to petition the firms to stop their support. ]

It's sad to see the 3 major contenders back away from Ann. I guess it's O.K. for Bill Maher to say he would have liked to see Dick Cheney killed. Republicans need to defend their beliefs. If they would we would still hold a majority in Congress today.

It's not surprising that the liberal news media would jump at any chance to pull the plug on a conservative pundit, but I find it incredible that three corporations would forsake the conservative base to appease the liberal bloggers. Especially a bank and a mortgage company. The products and/or services of these companies should not be used or purchased by the conservative base from this day forward. Two can play this game.

I believe Anns explanation that she used the term faggot to mean wuss. That's exactly how I feel about this poodle. We have very few bomb throwers as compared to the liberal democrats. We need Ann to stir things up every now and then. Keep it up honey!

Seems that we haven't heard from Bill for the past few days. Where is he? Mrs Clinton must have put her foot down. Here is my two cents worth on her. She is a power hungry person who will stop at nothing to achieve her goal. Nothing and no one will stand in her way. Not even her "husband" Bill Clinton is rat and so is his wife. Bill Clinton has been lauded as one of the most brilliant politicians and campaigners in history by both Republicans and Democrats alike, and Hillary's campaign has put him on ice. Al Gore did the same thing.
