Surely, you remember Gravel in the Democratic debate where he told Hillary that she should be ashamed of herself and then she turned and faced the audience and cackled.

I've heard the name Herb but working nights, I got to see very little of any of the debates.

The reason Hillary looked to the audience and laugh was because nobody really knew him and by doing so, she took away any credibility he might have had. Very early in the campaign season, the weekly Standard did a cover story on a gentleman that was running for president on the Republican ticket. He filed what needed to be filed, paid what needed to be paid, and could never even get his foot in the door at a debate, let alone take part in one. I will go through my back issues and provide a link later.

What I'm saying is that anyone can run. Guys like Ron Paul over and over again. What good is it if his message never gains any traction?

We are left with three very lousy options for presidential candidates and unless something monumental happens between now and November, one of these morons will be leading the free world. I don't care about what anybody else is doing or would have done. I need to ferret out the lesser of the three remaining evils.

I like most of the things Ron Paul stands for very much. He needs to organize, get the word out, and begin building a base for the next go-around. Right now, it's fork time.
